The Brampton Board of Trade award-winning
project Skills Without Borders-“connecting employers and skilled
immigrants” has been steadily contacted, directly by internationally
trained professionals, unemployed or under-employed, as well
as by local employers looking for suitable, qualified and
experienced professionals to fill open positions in their
companies.
Networking with our community partner organizations,
providing programs and employment services to skilled immigrants,
we have been able to address these requests for help finding
employment for foreign trained professionals or the needed
skills for employers.
